A bit of customer service for returning business

unable to apply my tax exemption certificate because I am shipping these labels to the mailing address of the business. The mailing address is within 30minutes from the physical business and both withing the state of Florida. The reason I gave a 4 is because of poor customer service. After 15 years of doing business, this first time that I get a request saying that my mailing address must be the same as the physical address of my business. If they had done the proper investigation and followed up by going to Sunbiz.com where all Florida businesses are registered, they would have found out. That by the way, I shared the path and screenshots of the business registration of Florida. AssetTag was two clicks away to confirm my mailing address that is an address registered with my business. We all must know that our customers are what keeps the wheel spinning with excellent customer service. All I got was an "I'm sorry Sir!" Apologies won't bring returning customers - which is a big part of making business...
