Two cross member standard guardrail systems are built with 6" schedule 40 steel pipe rails & 4” schedule 80 steel pipe posts.
Sleeved in a durable LDPE plastic, which will eliminate the need for painting and maintenance.
Unlike traditional-welded or bolt-down systems that require the rail to be replaced after each strong impact, our unique design is engineer tested to withstand multiple impacts from a 12,000lb forklift traveling 8 mph when cored.
Upon impact, our heavy duty guardrail distributes the shock throughout the entire section, resulting in minimal deflection to maximize floor space and limit potential damage as much as possible.
Includes a 12x12x3/4" Steel Baseplate with anchor bolt holes.
