Wrong items shipped, the one I received was for a different customer. No response yet from customer service, although I sent all they asked for.

Also, we have started a claim with UPS so please hold on to the incorrect package for up to five business days, UPS will contact you regarding their investigation. If no one from UPS has contacted you after the fifth business day please dispose of the incorrect signs.
