I placed the order on October 25th. I asked for a proof, and they only did half of it, so I sent it back and asked for it to be done as stated. The proof was finally approved on the 27th. Since then, it's been in limbo. I cannot get an answer from anyone; I keep getting told by Luke or Tanjanika that they'll look into it and they'll get back to me. Surprise. They still haven't. It's now November 7th, and I still have no word where my order is or if it's even on its way. Very poor customer service and very, very poor communication from this company. I will change my review once I actually get some answers.
